Description
A common element in nearly all near-death-experiences (NDEs) is a warm, bright light. Often, people who nearly die describe the experience as moving toward a bright light at the end of a tunnel. Based on my personal dreams, a bridge might also serves as a good metaphor for the journey from this earthly world of shadows into the shadowless light of next dimension.
